Having journeyed through over 20 years in the early years sector, both as a Montessori and Early Childhood trained teacher and as a mum myself, I truly understand the immense power that comes when professionals feel genuinely supported. I've walked in your shoes – from educator to operations manager – and seen firsthand the incredible, lasting impact that dedicated guidance and support can have on teams, on children, and on families.
